For those of you that have already ourchased from us you know how dedicated we are to serving your needs, for those of you that want to buy from us, here are more reasons to shop with Save Hyper Online. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we’ll either exchange or replace it, or credit your account.
1: Free exchanges and returns for 10 days
You can exchange or return your purchase within 10 days of delivery, completely free of charge. We will go so far as to cover the shipping costs! However, if the goods are out of the 10 day excahnge period we will have to charge you a fee of R350.00.
To return an unwanted non-defective product, it must be:
- Returned within 10 days of the product(s) being delivered
- Undamaged and unused, with the original labels still attached
- In the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition
- Once we have received your return product and it has been given the ok by Save Hyper Quality, your account will be credited, unless you requested a replacement or an exchange.
It’s important that the unwanted goods, unless faulty, are returned in a condition that gives us the opportunity to re-sell it. We do expect this to mean that you have kept all original packaging and labels, and that the product is undamaged and unused. We reserve the right to refuse a return or an exchange if products are returned damaged, or not in a saleable condition.
2: Returning goods that are not what you ordered
If a product is delivered to you in error (it is not what you ordered), we will arrange to deliver the correct product accordingly and collect the incorrect item.

3: Returning defective or damaged products
We deliver to you exactly as our suppliers deliver to us. Sometimes goods are damaged in transit which is out of our hands but we will take repsonsibility in ensuring you are happy. If you have received a product with a defect or fault, we will happily replace the exact product at no additional cost to you. Where a replacement product is not available, your account will be credited.
NOTE: The onus is on you to inspect the goods at the time of delivery. Save Hyper will not be reposnsible should your goods be damaged and you do not endorse the waybill. The image below shows the section that needs to be endorsed. If you are unsure then please tick the "I have received the goods unchecked" box.
If the product is found NOT to be defective or damaged, you will NOT be entitled to any replacement or credit, but will instead be liable for the costs incurred in having such a product returned to Save Hyper Online, and then redelivered to you.
4: Returning products under warranty
As part of our promise to be the best in South Africa, we will incur the costs of collecting any products which are faulty whilst under the warranty period. If we cannot get the product repaired we will arrange a replacement unit or a credit to your account.
